Here we go! Social Emotional Learning: Summer Series Week 5! This week’s topic is recognizing individual and group similarities and differences. Even though this is week 5, I think this is a great topic to start off with at the beginning of the year. As you are developing the class climate, it’s important to build relationships and recognize similarities and differences. You could do this during your read alouds or even during morning meeting time.
