I have been a BeachBody coach for almost a year now! I really love their programs, especially the 21 Day Fix (regular and extreme). I plan on starting the fix again this Monday and wanted to share with you some simple meals that I have used just in the last two weeks. I definitely plan on repeating these as I create my meal plan!
For lunch one week, I made something super easy. I don’t know how you all feel about this, but I had the same thing for lunch every day. I prepped them Sunday night, that way I could quickly grab them before work. At lunch, I heated up for 30 sec and voila! Now, I forgot meat at the store, so these are just a whole wheat English muffin, marinara, and mozzarella cheese. You could definitely add anything to them.
Next, one night for dinner, I had some friends over and made crock pot chicken tacos. They are SUPER easy! All you do is take a jar of salsa and add chicken. Cook them throughout the day until the chicken is able to be shredded. Add all your favorite toppings and you’re done!
